Sorry, but in my opinion, Yousician is too expensive for what it does and how much experience is involved. I wish to be trained by a trained musician, not software. As a professional guitarist myself, I already know what I can contribute and what I can not contribute to a guitar lesson. The instructor should speak English well and be good with people. I have requested a refund, but no one there has even responded. I have emailed the developer and it has been a month and he has not replied. I am sorry but I must advise anyone looking to learn guitar via this app to get their money back or find someone else.

I bought Yousician because my guitar lessons came to a screeching halt in September when I started working on my app, and I was worried about my guitar being unplayable by the end of the year. I would recommend this product to anyone who, like me, wants to learn to play the guitar or learn an instrument in general and would like to have a good, short-term, intermediate-level solution. I’m just not ready to commit my time to learning an instrument all over again at this point in my life and work (I’ve been playing for a few years on and off – in high school band and in the years since – just havent been playing much lately,) and this is the best solution I’ve found for me.
