I have been using Tweaker for long and I also had an issue with the settings I did change. It was changed and so I restarted the computer. Then the next thing I know I can no longer see any apps on my desktop but I can open them from the taskbar. I have gone in and done some changes like color changes to explorer, the scroll bars the way I wanted them, etc. No luck. I installed Tweaker again and now I can see every program on my desktop but when I try to use any of them it tells me “The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000135).” I don’t know what to do now and I’ve searched everywhere.

I have been using Tweaker 0.7.0.3 till now. I mean, I made all the changes I want, you know how it goes. But for some of the tweaks like “Arrow to next/Previous folder”, I am trying to change the size of the popup arrow, but the arrow just remains the same.

Hello all, I just upgraded from Win 10 to Win 10 Pro. I have four (4) different Winaero Tweaker apps installed, since I was a Winaero Pro user, one “Tweaker Pro”, one “Tweaker 0.7.0.3”, one “Tweaker 1.1.4”, and one “Tweaker 4.0.0”. The 0.7.0.3 and 1.1.4 versions that came with Winaero Pro, which worked fine for me, have completely disappeared. They can no longer be found in either the start menu or in the Winaero Tweaker, and I am running Windows 10 Pro. I dont know if i can continue using Tweaker with this new version. It seems that Tweaker is no longer working with the All Appearing Fonts on Win 7/8. It used to work fine under those previous systems, but not now. It appears to be that Tweaker is no longer able to download any of the fonts that I have put into all the categories of Advanced Appearing Settings of Winaero Tweaker, thus I am stuck with the white screen, as seen in the attached image.

So heres my request: right now, any time I want to switch to a different WindowBlinds theme, I then need to fire up WTweaker and set all my fonts again, and then logout/login. Its not a terribly difficult process, but what would be nice is if I could define the five standard fonts that I use (Icons, Menus, Message Font, Statusbar, [maybe] System), in WTweaker, somehow, then when I want to restore them, I do well something either define a script that I can have WT run from the command line, or have some way to define my standard fonts in WT, or whatever other method might be created.

In the latest version of Windows, Microsoft (in their infinite wisdom) decided to remove the Tablet Mode switch from the Action Center if you dont have a touch screen. Not hide it by default, but remove it completely.
However, Tablet Mode was also awesome as a Big Picture mode on a home theater media center so Microsoft is just limiting their usefulness for no apparent reason. Last I checked, it is possible to add back this Action Center tile with a registry tweak. This would be an AWESOME addition to Winaero Tweaker. If not on the action center, a a toggle to the desktop context menu might be a good alternative.

l. In Windows 10, winaero-tweaker.exe is always at C:\ProgramData\winaero-tweaker. In prior versions, it was in \Program Files\Winaero-tweaker. The portable version was in the Users directory, but that causes some conflicts.

So I have an old computer with Win 7 x64, and a new one with Win 10 x64. The Windows 10 version of Tweaker Pro has some new options for aero snap, tile, and scaling. Is it worth updating the Win 7 machine over, or is it only going to break something, or is it safe to leave them both alone?
